Today, the AC community is ashamed of some people's behaviour. Not only this people created an account today obviously to comment on Vela's pictures, but she also impersonating Alsoome, the native multiplayer from AC3 (see the screenshot for more )
Here is the person

I don't know why, but since AC3 we got an increase of trolls, even on sites like DeviantArt, and it will poison our community for sure, if it's not already the case with the "racist" accusations RBF had to deal with some months ago.

We all have our opinions on costumes, especially when you love a character, but here, creating an account to directly provoke someone is a serious matter (like short, skinny and other shit like this on youtube/fb in my case).

Is that really what we want to show to other people ? The games extols liberty, freedom, free will, and we cosplayers, who do costumes, have to go under trolls who call themselves "fans" because we don't fit their eyes and they want "justice" done for the sake of the original character ? (That's also one of the reasons I have not uploaded the AC3 E3 trailer in costume yet).

Are we really going in a direction where we will soon see "extreme" groups pop up on facebook like the famous "ONLY ASIANS CAN COSPLAY" ?

I have seen many comments (even on my work) saying "you disrespect the creed by doing that shit". I really wish those people could think a bit after these words from Altaïr :

"Men must be free to do what they believe. It is not our right to punish one for thinking what they do, no matter how much we disagree!"
